I love all your suggestions, Janelle. Pursuing them can really help one find more control in the direction of their life. I've been ticking these off my list, off and on for 20 years; it's definitely not a linear process. Currently, my husband and I are committing to a sober life. It's very rewarding in unexpected ways! I would add that finding friends and/or a partner who shares the desire to grow is like swimming in a strong current. You'll get there faster! Anyway, I enjoyed your post.
